По сравнению со своим предшественником ApexDC++ имеет большое количество улучшений и доработок, например: плагин для блокировки определенных IP-адресов, возможность максимальной настройки программы, поддержку смены тем, удобный и интуитивно понятный интерфейс.
!Инструкция русификации!
В Settings идем в закладку Appearance и жмем на Language file [Browse] выбираем RUSSIAN, выключаем программу и запускаем заново.

The management team are pleased to announce a new update to ApexDC++. This update improves stability by fixing bugs and includes patches from DC++ and StrongDC++.
